It all started with a Hurricane named Harvey...

Who started this thing?

My God-given name is David Jason Kilgore; friends call me Jason. I was born and raised in the great state of Texas. I have the most wonderful wife; we’ve been at it since January of 2005. The fruit of this relationship is an incredible Love that brought us two of the most beautiful children; gifts straight from the Lord.

I have been away for many years, but the Texas coast has always been home. This is where I grew up; where I went to school; where I worked my teenage years as a deckhand on a fishing boat; and where I learned to serve. My family, my people, are here. I am a United States Navy Veteran. I am a college graduate. I am a follower of Jesus Christ. I Love the Lord. I Love people.

I had a vision during a hurricane clean up on the Texas coast that led to this ministry. I’ve written about it down below. I pray it inspires you to do something great. I pray that whatever you do, you use it to glorify the Lord above.

I may have kicked this thing into gear, but God surrounded me with a divinely selected team. These are some of the best people you’ll ever run into… and I hope you do someday.

The short of it…

A seed is planted

2017. Hurricane Harvey devastates Rockport, TX. This is our hometown. We move in to help. Family first. An outside crew shows up. They wanted nothing. They gave everything. I didn’t know it then, but watching that crew work… a seed was planted.

Answer the call

2024. Hurricane Beryl rips through the Texas coast. Sargent, TX takes a huge hit. My mother lives there. I send a beacon up. Seven men join me. We do a ton of work in short time. I have an incredible vision. God shows me what my future looks like. I answer the call.

The Lighthouse

“God, why do the trucks need to be black?” Nothing. Nothing for almost a solid year. And then the prophetic drawing. And then the Words from God through brothers in Christ. And then, “Rickey, I know why the trucks have to be black.”

The Vision

A fleet of black one-ton diesels ripping down the highway, each one dragging trailers. Heavy equipment, tool trailers, an RV, a BBQ pit. We’re no longer going house to house. We’re moving city to city. We get in, we turn their lives upside right, and we get out before they know who we are.

The Anchor

Our roots run deep in the Gospel. Everything we do is anchored in Truth, led by Holy Spirit, and fueled by Obedience. Every Biblical miracle I’ve come across worked out like an equation:

An act of Faith + an act of Obedience = A Miracle.

Pass the Torch

We’re raising up a fleet of servant-leaders — equipped, humble, and ready. When the next storm hits, they’ll be the ones lighting the way, moving with the Grace of Jesus Christ, working in humility the way David did long before he became King.

Hurricane Harvey hit Rockport hard in 2017. With lots of blood, sweat, and tears, the Rockport community showed how resilient they were in the bounce back.

From clearing riverbanks to rebuilding after storms to nights around the fire…

We gather where Faith meets dirt…

Where Heaven meets Earth.

Join us in the field, at the table, or wherever it is the Spirit leads.
